Airlie Beach Yacht Club Property
52 Degree Foundation Limited is progressing the proposed acquisition of the Airlie Beach Yacht Club premises at 1–7 The Cove Road, Airlie Beach.
The proposed acquisition is intended to establish a permanent property base for the not-for-profit Yacht Club.
The property development is being undertaken separately through Brookfields La Perla Landco Pty Ltd.
Material public milestones relating to the Foundation’s acquisition and governance role will be published when legally completed and appropriate for disclosure.
