52 Degree Foundation Limited is an Australian registered charity providing practical support to children and young people experiencing disability, chronic illness or disadvantage.
Practical help where barriers remain.
Children and families can encounter gaps between what is needed and what existing systems are able to provide.
The Foundation’s role is to assess eligible needs through defined programmes and direct support toward practical outcomes.
Depending on the programme, that may include mobility and communication equipment, essential health-related items, educational resources, scholarships or equipment that improves inclusion within schools and community organisations.
Eligibility, funding limits and assessment requirements are published separately for each programme.
