Governance

Governance documents arranged in the Foundation boardroom

Good governance protects the people a charity exists to serve and the trust placed in it by donors, applicants, partners and the community.

Applications are assessed against published programme criteria.

Depending on the programme, applications may undergo eligibility review, committee assessment and final Foundation approval.

Meeting eligibility criteria does not guarantee funding. Decisions depend on programme requirements, available funds and the information supplied with an application.
