Helping Our Community is a core value of Our Organisation

Founded by the Romano family, we understand the vital role of charities and not for profit organisations dedicated to children and family welfare in Australia. This understanding and commitment began in 2004 when their daughter faced a major illness and was hospitalized at the Melbourne Children’s Hospital.

Fueled by this personal experience and a desire to give back to the community, the Romano family established the 52 Degree Foundation, a charity dedicated to fundraising for, and supporting, charities and not for profit organisation in reaching their goals. in 2025 we are launching the Little Red Heart Appeal to concentrate on children mental health, plus all other services we provied to the community. so hopefully in 2026 will be launching the first Romantic Mayor Dance Ball! The Little Red Heart Ball in Valantine Week on every year’s to came, Bringing Back a wounderfull night of Jass and amaizing cocktails to celebrate the Love in the air and helping the Little Heart at the same time!

The 52 Degree Foundation is led by our inspiring CEO Silvija Romano, who not only managed to raise 3 beautifull children’s but who also brings remarkable strength and enthusiasm to her role from former roles and Managing Director in major Development companies plus managing roles from Virgin Australia and Telstra in the customer service area.

For us, giving back is about more than just words, it is about action and making our commitment an essential part of everything we do in life

Since 2007, the Romano Family has donated over $1.4 million to charities and the community through their various businesses and philanthropic activities

From its launch, our Companies will partner with the 52 Degree Foundation to match the value of donation and make an equivalent donation to the 52 Degree Foundation, who then distributes these donations to suitable charities and not-for-profit organisations.
